Best MMO gaming mouse (1)

When it comes to purchasing an MMO gaming mouse, the small variety can make it very difficult for you to find the right mouse. There are some important factors that you should be aware of when buying an MMO mouse. First of all, you need an MMO mouse that is comfortable and fits perfectly in your hand. Also, the mouse has to support macros and it must have a minimum set of buttons that are programmable.

The last couple of days, I have been testing the range of gaming mouse offered for MMO in order to find the best MMO gaming mouse of 2017. Trust me, it has been very hard to find the best mouse and I have played hours of LoL and WildStar to come to this conclusion.

1. Logitech G600

Logitech G600

[Score 9.8:10] The Logitech G600 is a brilliant MMO gaming mouse for those gamers who plays for many hours every day. I find the mouse to be a perfect balance of comfort and tactility. I really like how the buttons are placed in ergonomically comfortable positions. The G600 is somewhat lighter than the Razer Naga and that’s maybe one of the reasons why it’s so populære in the eSports world. With 20 buttons the Logitech G600 allows fantastic opportunities for adaptation to the individual user, and it’s easy to use because it is designed especially for MMO gaming. It has a laser sensor that is a very sensitive accurate tracking sensor which makes it perfect for MMO gaming. I do not recommend this mouse for FPS games like CS:GO, the laser sensor is not suitable for that type of gaming.

After I tested the mouse I have chosen to have this as my work mouse here at the office because it feels great in my hands and it’s very comfortable with a claw grip. One of the main reason why this is the best MMO gaming mouse you can get is because of their support, the 3-year warranty and, of course, the cheap price compared to expensive Razer MMO mouse. 2. Razer Naga

Razer Naga Molten MMO PC Gaming Mouse Review

[Score 9.6:10] The Razer Naga Molten MMO gaming mouse features 17 fully programmable buttons to effortlessly access features and macros. These buttons are designed and shaped to add into user’s productivity. This is one of the best ergonomic mice we will ever review. When it comes to precision and accuracy, I know how important both are two games. All computer multiplayer games require precision and accuracy. Razer Naga Molten doesn’t disappoint us in this department too. It features 5600 dpi with 3.5 G laser sensor. Without getting into a long debate of laser is better than optical or vice versa, I would like to sum it up with one line only. It depends on the surface and user preference.

The ergonomic design of Razer Naga Molten gives the best feel and comfort for a wide range of hand shapes, sizes and grip styles. The beauty of its design is that even after too much functionality, its intelligent design makes sure that all keys are within easy and comfortable reach. Last but not the least, the glowing cracked surface design with blazing backlighting adds up to its exciting and exclusive look. Read Full review..

3.  Bloody ML160

Bloody ML160 Laser Gaming Mouse Review

[Score 9.3:10] I always loved high-end and feature-rich gaming mouse that is relatively affordable. Although it is produced by the not so famous “BLOODY” (although in the gaming world, it is referred as an innovative gaming mice company), the Bloody ML160 gaming mouse is an outstanding gaming mouse, not only because of the futuristic looks, but also because of the powerful hardware, many little switches, infrared scroll wheel and various other functions that make it one of the best in the gaming industry.

Amongst many features first, I would like to tell about the numeric pad located in the center. It looks neat and is fully programmable. You can make it perform anything you like, any action you may think you need. The cool thing is that if you do not program it, you can use the buttons and connect them to the keyboard. That will open many other functions during gaming. On top of that, under the mouse wheel there is a rocker button and below it, there are 2 programmable buttons. Read full review..

4. UtechSmart Venus

UtechSmart Venus MMO Gaming Mouse Review

[Score 9.1:10] The UtechSmart Venus is the best cheap MMO gaming mouse of 2017, without any doubt, a very attractive package for all lovers of strategic and MOBA games. Let’s take a look and see if it’s really possible to make a high-performance laser mouse on a budget. The exterior is divided into many separate areas, which are designed to provide with superior comfort and grip. We can definitely say that this isn’t an uncomfortable mouse to use. However, there is something left to be desired in terms of its ergonomics. The side buttons are positioned in such a way that their frequent use can cause a fatigue and even finger strain. This can be minimized by mapping the most used functions to the most forward row of buttons, but that’s really just a workaround.

First of all, the UtechSmart Venus features a high-end Avago sensor capable of 16400 DPI and 12000 FPS. The mouse has no problem dealing with an acceleration of up to 30G and 150 in/s cursor speed. We can promise you that you will never feel limited by its performance. The action is smooth and accurate under all conditions, and those 12 side buttons will quickly become absolutely indispensable for playing demanding strategic games. Read full review..

5. Roccat Nyth

Review: Roccat Nyth gaming mouse

[Score 9.0:10] Roccat Nyth MMO gaming mouse is one of the latest additions to the Roccat  gaming family. It is a gaming mouse that belongs somewhere between medium and high-priced gaming mice, currently priced under $ 100. Although Roccat is not a big name in the gaming mouse industry, still it has a solid number of products and product reviews that can offer amazing qualities to any gamer. The Roccat Nyth is a full featured gaming mouse that tends to be a competition of the gaming mice produced by the high profile computer hardware producers like Logitech and Razer. Let’s see its features and specs in order to determine if it is a good fit for gamers.

The design of the Roccat Nyth is amazingly unique. There aren’t many mice with a shape similar to this one. It doesn’t have the classic mouse shape, instead, it is shaped little awkwardly. However, that doesn’t change the fact that it is easy to hold on and ergonomic. The design of this gaming mouse is what it separates it from the competition. Why? Because there are swappable side grips, button & side grip carry case on the sides.

The performance of the mouse is exceptional as well. It uses the Twin-Tech Laser Sensor R112000 DPI, which is one of the best in the industry at the moment. You can use it at 12,000 DPI and it will satisfy any needs for preciseness and speed. Forget about the lags, the clicks are smooth! The best thing is that this mouse is great for all genres of games, it is not only focused to MMO. It can perform in any other game because of the customization features and the amazing design and software solutions. Read full review..

6. Corsair Scimitar RGB

Corsair Scimitar RGB MM gaming mouse review

[Score 8.9:10] The Corsair Scimitar MMO gaming mouse is an upgrade of the previous disappointment. Corsair has tried to improve the things that were lousy in the previous model. I must admit that Corsair has hit the mark with this improvement. Compared to the previously Corsair Scimitar this mouse is more similar to what Corsair represents, quality gaming peripherals and accessories.

As opposed to the previous model, this one is much more comfortable to use and provides grip across the whole palm and all my fingers. I truly like and appreciate the textured rubber that really improves the grip on the right side. The 12 left-side keypad buttons are placed very enjoyable, all of the buttons are very easy for me to reach and that’s of course very important to MMO gamers who like to map their keys for easy access.  The surface material of the mouse is pretty sweet, soft and a bit rubbery not a sticky one. The sensor is very responsive and has a 12,000 DPI optical sensor for a very quick response time and it has four zones of lighting that can be customized, personally, I didn’t expect less from a product by Corsair. It’s a ‘plug and play’ mouse but if you want to re-program the buttons you can download the software from Overall, you are getting an MMO mouse made with quality in mind and that feels fantastic in the hand, I’m able to comfortably rest my thumb on the key to reaching all the buttons. Full review available soon..

7. Redragon M901

Skærmbillede 2016-03-24 kl. 03.19.24 (1)

[Score 8.7:10] Another budget MMO gaming mouse is the impressive Redragon M901. Even though Redragon is not a known brand, I had heard many good words about it. I was looking forward to testing this mouse. The mouse itself reminded me a lot of the Razer Naga when I was using it but significantly cheaper and more comfortable because of my big hands. The size and shape of the Redragon M901 MMO mouse were both remarkable, it just fitted perfectly with my hands, very comfortable and ergonomic for right-handers and the mouse feels like it is out of quality material opposed to other cheap MMO gaming mice on the market.

The programmable numeric buttons on the side are all satisfying and well-placed for the thumb. The DPI settings are fun to change and practice with, you get 16400 DPI which I’m pretty sure that you never are going to use. This mouse has the highest DPI Avago sensor which is pretty amazing, it’s actually the same sensor as in Razer Naga, nothing you expect from a budget MMO gaming mouse. Overall, The Redragon M901 is a great MMO gaming mouse with the price and do highly recommend it for the budget conscious gamer. Full review available soon..
